JEWELRY PLAN
Covers accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and some routine maintenance.
COVERAGE INCLUDES:
• Cracked or Thinning Ring Shanks
• Broken, Bent or Worn Prongs or Mountings
• Broken Earring Posts or Backs, Bracelets or Chains
• Tightening/Resetting of Stones (including Center Stone)
• Lifetime Ring Resizing after Initial Sizing
• Ring Soldering
• 1X Replacement of Stones including Center Stone
• 1X Replacement of Cracked or Chipped Stones
• Rhodium Plating / 1X every 2 years
• Repair of Stretched or Broken Pearl Strands
WATCH PLAN
Protects against mechanical failure and covered refurbishment of watches.
COVERAGE INCLUDES:

WHO WILL DO THE WORK?
An Authorized Preferred Retailer will be reimbursed for all repairs covered under the program.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT CAN'T BE REPAIRED?
If your product can't be repaired, the Preferred Platinum Plan through Montage will replace or reimburse you in an amount equal to the purchase price of the covered product.
DOES MY CUSTOMER HAVE ANY OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THIS PLAN?
No, there are no additional fees or deductibles.
